All Factory repair requests must be issued a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) prior to sending your equipment to the AP Buck repair center.

This can be accomplished by clicking the Request a Service RMA Form button below and completing and submitting the requested information contained in that form.

Once AP Buck confirms that all necessary information is included in the RMA Request, you will be able to confirm the order and receive an Order Number.

Please use the Order Number from the order confirmation screen as your RMA number.

Please package your equipment carefully and write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the package prior to sending to AP Buck.
